The MindSET Social-Emotional Toolkit is a comprehensive guidebook designed to support early childhood educators in improving inclusion and social-emotional learning in their classrooms. This project was for the capstone class and was built over 2 semesters of research and design. It includes four sections: “We Can,” “I Do,” “I Can,” and “I Feel,” each providing interactive tools and evidence-based strategies for addressing challenging behaviors, developing visual routines, and understanding and labeling emotions. The toolkit is a valuable resource for educators seeking to enhance their teaching and create a more positive and supportive learning environment for children with diverse needs.
